Jiufang Digital Intelligence Completes Issuance of HK$13.92 Million Convertible Bonds

The subscription agreement's conditions precedent have been fulfilled, and convertible bonds with an aggregate principal amount of HK$13.92 million were issued on October 6, 2026, according to an announcement from Jiufang Digital Intelligence (08238).
Based on the initial conversion price of HK$0.2 per conversion share, the convertible bonds can be converted into 69.6 million conversion shares.
This represents approximately 20.00% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the announcement date, and approximately 16.67% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance of the conversion shares.
