Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. disclosed that Mr. Ip Pui Sum will retire as Company Secretary and cease to serve as Authorised Representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05 on 24 August 2026. The outgoing executive confirmed no disagreements with the Board and reported no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.
Concurrent with the departure, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ip Pui Lam, Arthur— a Hong Kong-practising certified public accountant, fellow of the International Association of Accountants (UK), and member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants— as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, also effective 24 August 2026. Mr. Ip Pui Lam brings more than 30 years of experience across auditing, accounting, taxation and corporate secretarial services.
The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Ip Pui Sum for his service and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Ip Pui Lam. The announcement was authorised by Chairman Wei Hong-Ming and dated 21 August 2026.
As of the announcement date, Tingyi’s Board comprises six executive directors—Wei Hong-Ming, Junichiro Ida, Wei Hong-Chen, Koji Shinohara, Yuko Takahashi and Tseng Chien—together with three independent non-executive directors: Hsu Shin-Chun, Masaya Tochio and Man Mo Leung.
