Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (Pagoda Group) disclosed that it repurchased 400,000 H-shares on 11 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HK$1.66 to HK$1.67, for a total consideration of HK$0.67 million. The repurchased stock represents 0.02% of Pagoda Group’s outstanding H-shares immediately prior to the transaction.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 5 June 2026, which authorises Pagoda Group to buy back up to 198.35 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.12 million shares, equivalent to 0.16% of the share base on the mandate date.
A moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares is in effect until 11 July 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.
