ZHENGTONGAUTO (01728) has announced the completion of the sale of its entire equity stake in Shenzhen Hui'an Qi. The transaction received approval from independent shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting and was finalized on May 19, 2026. Following this completion, the company no longer holds any interest in the divested entity.
