SUNSHINE 100 Requests HKEX Extension to 20 July 2026 for New Independent Director Appointment

Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd (SUNSHINE 100) has sought approval from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to extend the deadline for appointing a new Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) to 20 July 2026.

The request follows the passing of INED Mr. Gu Yunchang, first disclosed in the company’s 23 March 2026 announcement. Additional time is required to identify a suitable candidate who can also serve on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Board composition as of 18 June 2026: • Executive Directors: Mr. Yi Xiaodi (Chairman), Mr. Fan Xiaochong • Non-Executive Directors: Ms. Fan Xiaohua, Mr. Wang Gongquan • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Mr. Ng Fook Ai, Victor; Mr. Li Chunping

The company will update the market upon completion of the appointment process.
