CC SECURITIES (01375) has announced that on August 12, 2026, the board approved its subsidiary, Zhongding Kaiyuan, to participate in the formation of a partnership.

Zhongding Kaiyuan, acting as a general partner, executive partner, and fund manager, along with Zhongyuan Jinxiang as a general partner and executive partner, the Jinxiang Relay Fund as a limited partner, and the Luoyang Cultural Tourism Digital Fund as a limited partner, plan to jointly establish this partnership.

The total proposed capital contribution from all partners is set at 104 million yuan, with Zhongding Kaiyuan intending to contribute 20 million yuan, representing approximately 19.23% of the total. The partnership will target an investment in a subsidiary of the Luoyang Cultural Tourism Group. Upon establishment, the partnership is not expected to become a subsidiary of CC SECURITIES.
