Hong Kong-listed medical AI company Xunfei Health (HKEX: 02506) has achieved a significant breakthrough in its internationalization strategy.
The company issued a voluntary announcement on the 17th, detailing the signing of an AI healthcare strategic cooperation with PT DSST Mas Gemilang, a subsidiary of Indonesia's Sinar Mas Group, marking its formal entry into the core Southeast Asian market.
The key technological foundation for this overseas expansion is the company's newly upgraded Spark Medical Large Model V3.5, released this month.
This model possesses global leading capabilities in critical areas such as multimodal clinical diagnosis and treatment and evidence-based medical decision-making, achieving large-scale commercial deployment ahead of others.
Flagship digital healthcare solutions built on this large model, including the AI Doctor Assistant and AI Resident Health Profile, have been showcased at two consecutive World Health Assemblies and were promoted by China's National Health Commission as exemplary "Healthy China" digital intelligence practices.
These solutions have undergone extensive validation in massive domestic clinical scenarios.
According to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will focus on in-depth collaboration across six key areas: AI systems for the full disease cycle, national-level epidemic monitoring and intelligence platforms, intelligent imaging and remote radiology services, digital transformation for medical institutions, joint digital healthcare investments, and the research, development, and commercial deployment of AI healthcare solutions for the Indonesian and broader Southeast Asian markets.
Leveraging mature, domestically validated solutions alongside the local partner's government and corporate channels, compliance systems, and resource advantages, Xunfei Health aims to rapidly penetrate core scenarios across various hospital tiers and primary care in Indonesia.
Using Indonesia as a strategic pivot, the company plans to steadily expand across the entire ASEAN market, accelerating the pace of large-scale international expansion for domestically developed AI medical technology.
