LX Technology Repurchases 1.38 Million Shares in May, Spending HK$27.60 Million; Issued Float Still Compliant

LX Technology Group Limited reported that it repurchased 1.38 million ordinary shares in May 2026, moving the same number into treasury. As a result, the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) fell to 350.96 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

The repurchases were executed across 15 on-market transactions dated 4–29 May 2026 at prices between HK$15.49 and HK$23.89 per share, for an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$27.60 million. The 1.38 million shares bought represent about 0.39% of the company’s total issued shares as at month-end. Treasury shares held by the company increased to 2.30 million.

Authorised share capital was stable at 1.00 billion shares with a par value of HK$0.01, equivalent to HK$10.00 million. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were cancelled or transferred out during the month.

The LX Brothers Employee Incentive Plan maintained 17.77 million outstanding options, equal to roughly 5.0% of the company’s total issued shares. No options were exercised, granted, or lapsed in May. There were no warrant, convertible, or other equity-linked instrument movements.

LX Technology confirmed that it continued to satisfy the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 May 2026.
