DATANG RENEW (01798) has issued a profit warning, expecting its net profit attributable to owners of the parent for the six months ending June 30, 2026, to be approximately RMB 675 million to RMB 705 million, representing a decrease of about 58% to 60% compared to the same period in 2025.
The anticipated decline in net profit attributable to owners of the parent is primarily due to a combination of factors, including lower wind resource levels in some regions during the first half of 2026, weaker-than-expected grid absorption capacity in certain areas, and fluctuations in market trading electricity prices.
