Kafelaku Coffee Raises HK$20.90 Million via Share Placing, Expands Share Capital by 16.7%

Hong Kong—Kafelaku Coffee Holding Limited completed its placing of new shares under the general mandate on 14 July 2026, securing HK$21.40 million in gross proceeds and HK$20.90 million in net proceeds after expenses.

Key transaction terms • Shares placed: 282.05 million new shares • Placing price: HK$0.076 per share • Pre-issue dilution: 20.0% of existing issued share capital • Post-issue expansion: 16.7% of enlarged share capital

Use of funds • HK$15.00 million (71.6%) earmarked for liability reduction • HK$5.90 million (28.4%) allocated to general working capital, including staff costs, office rental and other administrative outlays

Revised ownership structure • Chairman Cui Zhiqiang’s holding diluted from 29.1% to 24.2% • Zhang Wei’s stake reduced from 15.9% to 13.2% • New placees collectively own 16.7%; none qualifies as a substantial shareholder • Free-float by other public shareholders declines from 55.0% to 45.9%

The successful placing strengthens Kafelaku Coffee’s balance sheet and provides additional liquidity for ongoing operations.
