China Harmony Auto Holding Limited (“Harmony Auto”) reported that Mr. Lau Kwok Fan has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director and as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee. The decision is attributed to work-related arrangements.

Mr. Lau will continue to discharge his duties until the Board appoints a new independent non-executive director. The company stated it is actively identifying a suitable replacement.

According to Mr. Lau, he has no outstanding claims against Harmony Auto, no disagreement with the Board, and no issues requiring shareholder attention arising from his resignation.

Board composition at the date of the announcement (27 April 2026) is as follows: • Executive Directors: Feng Changge, Feng Shaolun, Liu Fenglei, Ma Lintao and Cheng Junqiang • Independent Non-Executive Directors: Wang Nengguang, Lau Kwok Fan and Sung Ka Woon

The Board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Lau’s contributions during his tenure.
