According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant share transfer occurred in DAZHONG DENTAL (02651) on July 22. The total value of the transferred shares amounted to HK$30.55 million, representing 8.82% of the company's holdings.

The transaction involved a company shareholder transferring 1.6 million shares into Shengheng Financial Holdings while moving the same number of shares out of New Wing On International Securities.

DAZHONG DENTAL also announced that a share placement was completed on July 15, 2026. A total of 1.2 million placement shares, equivalent to approximately 6.58% of the issued H shares and about 2.37% of the enlarged issued share capital post-placement, were successfully allotted to no fewer than six placees at a placement price of HK$10.00 per share.
