Tan Chong International releases FY2025/26 results of listed subsidiary Zero Co.

Tan Chong International said on Aug, 06 2026 that its Japan-listed subsidiary Zero Co. has reported full-year results for the 12 months ended Jun, 30 2026.

Group revenue edged up 1.8% year on year to about 1.37 billion Singapore dollars, while operating profit rose 0.8% to roughly 93.7 million Singapore dollars. Profit before tax was close to 93.7 million Singapore dollars, almost unchanged from the prior year, and net profit came in at approximately 65.5 million Singapore dollars, broadly flat on the year. Earnings per share were about 3.9 Singapore dollars, versus 3.9 Singapore dollars a year earlier.

Zero Co. ended the period with total assets of around 701.7 million Singapore dollars and shareholders’ equity of about 437.2 million Singapore dollars, representing an equity ratio of 62.3%. Year-end cash and cash equivalents stood at roughly 156.9 million Singapore dollars after operating cash inflow of about 74.7 million Singapore dollars.

The board of Zero Co. proposed a total dividend of approximately 1.28 Singapore dollars per share for FY2025/26, in line with the previous year and equating to a payout ratio of 33%. The company forecasts a marginally higher dividend of about 1.29 Singapore dollars per share for FY2026/27.

Tan Chong International, which holds a non-controlling stake in Zero Co., released the translated earnings report on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and its corporate website to comply with local disclosure rules.
