ZTE Corporation has issued the proxy form for its 2025 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 17 June 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the company’s Shenzhen headquarters (4/F, A Wing, ZTE Plaza, Keji Road South, Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Nanshan District). H-shareholders must lodge completed proxy forms with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by no later than 24 hours before the meeting.
The agenda comprises 14 resolutions:

Ordinary resolutions: • Approval of the 2025 Annual Report, including the auditor-verified 2025 financial statements. • Review of the Board of Directors’ 2025 work report and the President’s 2025 work report. • Approval of the final financial accounts for 2025. • Feasibility analysis of hedging derivatives trading and application for 2026 trading limits. • Proposed use of internal funds for entrusted financial management in 2026. • Provision of guarantee limits for subsidiaries for 2026. • Appointment of the auditor for the 2026 financial year.

Shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to vote on their behalf, with each resolution open to votes “For,” “Against,” or “Abstained.” The company emphasizes that attendance at the AGM will not be affected by prior submission of proxy forms.
