FORTIOR’s March 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float

Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (FORTIOR) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer on 02 April 2026, covering movements up to 31 March 2026.

Authorised and registered share capital remained unchanged at 115.11 million shares, comprising: • 21.56 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong, each with a par value of RMB1.00. • 93.56 million A-shares listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, also at RMB1.00 par value.

Issued share capital likewise showed no movement during the month. Outstanding shares stood at 21.56 million for the Hong Kong-listed H-class and 93.56 million for the Shanghai-listed A-class. The company held zero treasury shares in both markets.

FORTIOR confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 5% for its H-share class as at 31 March 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity-related agreements were outstanding or executed during the reporting period, and there were no other share movements.

The filing was authorised by Joint Company Secretary Sun Yunzi, who affirmed that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations were met.
