Homeland ITL buys back 1.50 million shares, lifting treasury stock to 8.89 million

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. repurchased 1.50 million ordinary shares on 11 June 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HKD 2.06 million. The purchase price ranged from HKD 1.30 to HKD 1.39 per share, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 1.37.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.12 % to 1.27 billion, while treasury shares increased to 8.89 million. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.28 billion shares.

The buy-back was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 17 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 128.34 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 8.89 million shares, equivalent to 0.69 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Homeland ITL is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 11 July 2026.
