Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) announced on Apr, 27 2026 that it has signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire Concorde South, a six-storey freehold key worker accommodation property at 10 Forrest Circle, South Hedland, Western Australia.

The operational asset comprises about 77 apartments with 125 beds and is located near the South Hedland Central Business District, Hedland Health Campus and South Hedland Square Shopping Centre, positioning it to serve workers from the mining, government and healthcare sectors.

This transaction is the company’s second key worker accommodation acquisition in Western Australia, following its purchase of Velocity Village and Velocity Motel & Bistro in Karratha earlier in Apr, 2026. Centurion said the new property is expected to be earnings accretive upon completion and supports its strategy to scale its specialised living accommodation portfolio.
