Fluence Energy, Inc. saw its stock price surge 8.12% during intraday trading on Friday, continuing a multi-day rebound trend.

The significant upward movement comes as concentrated selling pressure from the company's controlling shareholder's recent secondary offering of 20 million Class A common shares and subsequent disposals by major directors is being gradually absorbed by the market. The secondary offering was priced at $21 per share, with Barclays, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan serving as joint bookrunners.

Director Qatar Investment Authority sold approximately 2.87 million shares at $21 per share, while director SPT Holding Sarl sold approximately 10.07 million shares at around $20.53 per share. After falling from near-double weekly highs to approximately $17, the stock has now rebounded for three consecutive sessions back above $21. Concurrent strength in the broader clean energy sector has also provided additional support for the stock's recovery.
