FIN STREET SEC (ASX: 01476) has announced that Mr. Wang Linjing has tendered his resignation from the company's board. He is stepping down from his roles as a Non-executive Director, a member of the Risk Control and Supervision Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee of the fifth board of directors.
The resignation is effective from June 8, 2026. Mr. Wang cited a need to focus on other personal commitments as the reason for his departure.
