Harbin Bank Announces Approval of Du Xiaoquan's Director Appointment

The board of Harbin Bank (06138) has announced the receipt of formal regulatory approval for the appointment of Mr. Du Xiaoquan as a director of the company.

The approval was granted by the Heilongjiang Provincial Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration via document Hei Jin Jian Fu [2026] No. 86, which confirmed Mr. Du's qualifications for the role.

Following this approval, Mr. Du assumed the position of non-executive director on the bank's ninth board of directors, effective from July 14, 2026. His term will last until the conclusion of the current ninth board's tenure.

Concurrently, Mr. Zhang Xianjun, a former non-executive director of the ninth board, ceased his duties as a director and as a member of the board's nomination and remuneration assessment committee from the same date, July 14, 2026.

In a further resolution, the board has appointed Mr. Du to serve as a member of the nomination and remuneration assessment committee, also effective from July 14, 2026, with his term on the committee also running until the end of the ninth board's term.
