FIH Mobile Repurchases 20,000 Shares for HK$0.44 Million, Treasury Stock Climbs to 5.75 Million

FIH Mobile Limited disclosed that it bought back 20,000 ordinary shares on 25 June 2026, paying HK$22.00 per share through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The total consideration amounted to HK$0.44 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.00256 % to 782.70 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 5.75 million. The overall issued share capital remains unchanged at 788.45 million shares.

The buyback forms part of a repurchase mandate approved on 22 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 78.27 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 350,000 shares, equivalent to 0.04 % of the issued shares on the mandate date. In accordance with listing rules, FIH Mobile is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 25 July 2026.
