Comba Telecom International Holdings Co Ltd (HK: 02342) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group generated revenue of HK$2.2 billion, representing a marginal increase of 0.02% compared to the same period last year, while profit attributable to owners of the parent decreased by 10.59% to HK$55.24 million.
Earnings per share stood at HK1.76 cents, with an interim dividend of HK0.26 cents per share declared. During the reporting period, revenue from the three major domestic telecommunications operators in China, China Tower Corporation, and their respective subsidiaries declined by 14.3% year-on-year to HK$701 million, down from HK$818 million in the prior corresponding period. This segment accounted for 31.9% of the group's total revenue, compared to 37.2% in the previous year.
Revenue from other domestic customers in China increased by 11.2% year-on-year to HK$214 million, up from HK$193 million in 2025, representing 9.7% of total revenue compared to 8.7% previously. In the international market, revenue from overseas customers and core equipment manufacturers rose by 8.3% to HK$1.198 billion, compared to HK$1.106 billion in the prior year, now accounting for 54.5% of total revenue versus 50.3% previously.
Revenue from the group's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Laos telecommunications operator ETL Company Limited, increased by 4.3% to HK$86.37 million, up from HK$82.838 million in the prior period, representing 3.9% of total group revenue compared to 3.8% in the previous year. Notably, ETL's revenue calculated in Lao Kip also grew by 4.3% year-on-year, with both its Kip-denominated revenue and its Hong Kong dollar-converted revenue demonstrating positive growth momentum.
