ALSCO POOLING (02649) has announced a change in its board and committee leadership.
Ms. Xiang Ting has submitted her resignation as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the audit committee, and chairperson of a special committee established to conduct an independent investigation into a transaction involving the transfer of approximately RMB 73 million to an entity between February 24 and 27, 2026, due to personal work arrangements.
Ms. Liu Lili has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairperson of the audit committee, and chairperson of the special committee, all effective from August 4, 2026.
