CHU KONG PIPE Affirms Stable Share Base and Compliance with Public-Float Rules in July 2026 Filing

Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited (CHU KONG PIPE) has reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stood unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing HKD 1.00 billion in total capital. Issued shares were likewise stable at 1.01 billion, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.

CHU KONG PIPE confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent, indicating sufficient market liquidity in its shares.

The filing also showed: • No grants, exercises, lapses or cancellations under any share-option schemes. • No outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute existing share capital. • No repurchases or redemptions resulting in treasury-share balances.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, acting as branch share registrar, submitted the statutory return on behalf of the Cayman-incorporated steel-pipe manufacturer.
