JD Health repurchases 2.05 million shares on 20 May for HK$82.77 million

JD Health International Inc. disclosed on 20 May 2026 that it repurchased 2.05 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$39.86 to HK$40.56 per share, for a total consideration of HK$82.77 million.

The buy-back falls under the company’s mandate approved on 20 June 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 320.01 million shares. Cumulative on-market repurchases under the mandate now stand at 6.41 million shares, equivalent to approximately 0.20 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date.

All repurchased shares are designated for cancellation. Following the latest transaction, JD Health’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 3.21 billion shares until the cancellation process is completed.

Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, JD Health is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days after the repurchase, ending on 19 June 2026.
