JS Global Lifestyle Company Limited (“JS Global”) issued a positive profit alert, indicating a return to profitability for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
The group expects net profit of not less than US$12.00 million, a sharp turnaround from the US$53.70 million loss reported in the 2025 interim period.
Adjusted profit is projected at no less than US$13.60 million, edging up from US$13.50 million a year earlier. Adjustments primarily reflect share-based compensation, fair-value changes of restricted share awards and other non-recurring items.
Management attributed the improvement to three main factors: 1) stringent cost-control measures that reduced the overall expense ratio; 2) a significant decline in expenses related to restricted share awards following substantial vesting and fair-value gains; and 3) revenue growth and higher operational efficiency within the SharkNinja Asia Pacific business.
The figures are based on unaudited management accounts and remain subject to audit committee review. The company intends to publish full interim results before the end of August 2026.
The board advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
