According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 21, Jiangsu Yinshan Capital Management Co., Ltd. increased its holding in JIANGSU EXPRESS (00177) by 9.52 million shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of HK$10.4233 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$99.23 million. Following this acquisition, the company's total shareholding has risen to about 147 million shares, representing a 12.03% stake in JIANGSU EXPRESS. The transaction involved other related parties, including Jiangsu Communications Holding Co., Ltd.
