On March 13, 2026, the company received a notice from a creditor, Chan Li Guo, who holds an outstanding debt of HKD 2 million. This amount represents the unpaid principal of bonds issued by the company on March 29, 2018. Chan Li Guo is identified as the fourth supporting creditor, and together with the first, second, and third supporting creditors, they are collectively referred to as the "Supporting Creditors." The notice indicated the creditor's intention to appear at the petition hearing scheduled for March 25, 2026, to support the winding-up petition against the company. As of the date of this announcement, the court has not issued a winding-up order for the company. As disclosed in prior announcements, the company is currently engaged in friendly negotiations with the petitioner regarding the settlement of the outstanding amounts payable.
