CKI Holdings Keeps Share Capital Unchanged in September 2026; Public Float Remains Above 15.2% Requirement

CKI Holdings (CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited) reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 5 October 2026.

The total authorised share capital stood at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each, amounting to HKD 4.00 billion. Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 2,519.61 million, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares remained 2,519.61 million.

CKI Holdings confirmed that its public float exceeded the minimum 15.2 percent threshold stipulated under a long-standing waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Rule 8.08. The company reported full compliance with the requirement as of 30 September 2026.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, depositary receipts, or other share-issued instruments were granted or exercised during the period, and there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or cancellations. The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Eirene Yeung.
