CA Cultural pushes subscription completion to 14 Aug 2026; Kyosei-Bank confirms trading in CA Cultural shares remains suspended

CA Cultural Technology Group Limited (CA Cultural) and Kyosei-Bank Co., Ltd. jointly announced a three-day extension for completing the previously disclosed Subscription Agreements. Completion, originally scheduled for 11 Aug 2026, is now expected on or before 14 Aug 2026 to allow additional time for settlement, remittance and banking confirmations by the Scheme Administrator, the company and the investor.

The parties indicated that fulfilment of all resumption conditions and the related resumption announcement are planned to occur on the same day the Subscription Agreements complete. All other contractual terms remain unchanged.

Separately, CA Cultural reiterated that the approved change in board lot size—from 100 to 5,000 new shares—will take effect on 12 Aug 2026 as previously announced.

Trading in CA Cultural’s shares has been suspended since 21 Nov 2024 and will remain halted until further notice. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
