TradeGo Fintech buys back 0.92 million shares for HK$1.12 million; treasury stock nears 50 million

TradeGo Fintech Limited (TRADEGO) disclosed a share repurchase of 920,000 ordinary shares on 20 August 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The purchase price ranged from HK$1.19 to HK$1.245 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HK$1.22, bringing total consideration to HK$1.12 million.

Following the transaction: • Outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) decreased to 700.00 million, down 0.13% from 700.92 million on 19 August 2026. • Treasury shares rose from 49.08 million to 50.00 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 750.00 million, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury and not cancelled.

Repurchases fall under a mandate approved on 30 June 2026 authorising the company to buy back up to 70.69 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 13.79 million shares, equivalent to 1.95% of issued shares as at the mandate date.

Pursuant to Main Board Rule 10.06(3)(a), TradeGo is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 19 September 2026. The company confirmed all regulatory requirements and listing rules were duly observed in the transaction.
