Keppel REIT (K71U) secures broad unitholder backing for all resolutions at Apr, 16 2026 AGM

Keppel REIT (K71U) announced that all resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 16 2026 were duly approved by substantial majorities.

Unitholders voted 99.86% in favour of receiving and adopting the trustee’s report, manager’s statement and audited financial statements for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as auditor until the next AGM, receiving 99.91% support.

The meeting re-endorsed the appointments of directors Mr Tan Swee Yiow (99.73% support) and Mr Ian Roderick Mackie (99.87% support) and endorsed the appointment of Ms Christina Tan (95.99% support).

Special business included the renewal of a general mandate allowing the manager to issue new units and/or convertible instruments up to 50% of issued units, with a sub-limit of 20% for non-pro-rata issues; the resolution passed with 97.29% support. Unitholders also renewed the 10% unit buy-back mandate, carried with 99.92% approval.

During the meeting, management reiterated that Singapore remains the trust’s core market while recent acquisitions in Australia aim to enhance yield and portfolio diversification. Gearing stood at 47.9% as at Dec, 31 2025.

The AGM concluded at 5:00 p.m. with a vote of thanks to the chairman.
