TAI HING GROUP (06811) has announced that the group expects to record shareholders' net profit of approximately HK$72 million to HK$78 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to shareholders' net profit of HK$40.813 million for the same period ended June 30, 2025.

The board believes the anticipated increase in shareholders' net profit for the review period is primarily due to the group's continued focus on optimizing restaurant offerings and improving service quality. Stable product quality and service have driven higher foot traffic and per-capita spending at core brand outlets. Combined with the group's membership app and precise marketing strategies, this has resulted in same-store sales growth.

Additionally, the group has intensified efforts to boost store-level operating profits. Beyond continuing to consolidate outlets in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, it has also adjusted and revamped its brands. For example, it introduced new products in different market segments to enhance margins, while implementing employee incentive measures during the review period to drive store efficiency and further improve the group's overall profitability.

During the review period, the group's management team and all employees, under the leadership of the chairman and vice chairman, have actively pursued transformation. They have particularly focused on talent development and building a strong corporate culture to ensure the group stands out in the fiercely competitive catering industry. The group has also increased its use of artificial intelligence (AI) in advertising and promotion, raising the brands' exposure on social media platforms. The group will continue to maintain a healthy financial position and robust cash flow to pave the way for future business expansion, and the board is confident in the group's long-term development.
