Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced it repurchased 40,000 ordinary shares on Aug, 20 2026 at US$61.565 per share.
The company said the bought-back shares will be cancelled, reducing the issued share capital to 293,737,776 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
Shareholders may use the updated share count as the denominator when determining disclosure obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s rules.
