China CBM Keeps Issued Shares Unchanged and Confirms Public Float Compliance in April 2026 Filing

China CBM Group Company Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • The registered share capital remains at 2.50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.08 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million. No increases or cancellations were recorded.

Issued Share Position • Outstanding ordinary shares stood flat at 390.45 million, with zero treasury shares on the books. • The company affirmed that it continues to satisfy the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent.

Equity Incentives • Under the share option scheme approved on 28 March 2022, 2.68 million options were outstanding at month-end, unchanged from March. • If fully exercised, these options could expand the share base by up to 2.68 million shares. The scheme’s total remaining mandate allows for the future issue of up to 10.87 million shares. • No options were exercised in April; therefore, no new shares were issued and no proceeds were raised.

Other Capital Movements • The filing reported no warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases, or other equity-related activities during the month.

With its share count steady and compliance with listing requirements confirmed, China CBM closed April without any dilution to existing shareholders.
