Concord New Energy Group Limited (“Concord New Energy”) disclosed that its wholly owned U.S. subsidiaries have signed three long-term Power Purchase Agreements with Tesla covering a combined 469 MW (AC) of solar capacity.
Upon full commissioning, the projects are expected to deliver about 1.20 billion kWh of clean electricity to Tesla each year. The first facility is scheduled to begin supplying power in the first half of 2027.
Management stated that the agreements position the Group to benefit from accelerating U.S. demand for renewable energy, driven by electrification, industrial expansion, data-center build-outs and artificial-intelligence infrastructure. Beyond the contracted projects, Concord New Energy holds more than 4 GW of additional generation resources in various development stages across the United States.
Headquartered in Singapore, Concord New Energy focuses on wind, solar, energy-storage assets and AI-enabled power infrastructure, alongside related technical services and integrated solutions.
The announcement was released on a voluntary basis to update shareholders and potential investors. Existing and prospective shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
