Analysts at Lyons Securities have issued a research report outlining a positive outlook for WUXI XDC (02268). The firm anticipates the company will benefit significantly from 2026 through 2028, driven by several key factors.

These include persistently strong investment in early to mid-stage ADC research and development, a recovery in biotech financing expected in the first half of 2026, and continued investment by pharmaceutical and biotech companies in new technology platforms.

The report forecasts that WUXI XDC will achieve robust growth in new project wins in the first half of the year. It also expects the company to increase its global share of the ADC outsourcing market.

Furthermore, revenue growth from preclinical services is projected to outpace that from clinical-stage services. This performance is seen as supporting revenue and adjusted net profit growth in US dollar terms that exceeds the company's own guidance.

Consequently, Lyons Securities has reaffirmed its "Outperform" rating on WUXI XDC. The firm has also raised its price target for the stock from HK$80.9 to HK$82.6.

Lyons' current projections estimate revenue growth for WUXI XDC at 33%, 31%, and 28% for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively. Net profit growth is forecast at 11%, 51%, and 33% for the same period.
