Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased a cumulative 4.33 million shares between 22 May and 17 June 2026 under the mandate granted on 11 May 2026. All 4.33 million repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation; however, none had been cancelled as of the reporting date. Consequently, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 3.23 billion shares as at both 16 June and 17 June 2026.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Huabao International is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares until 17 July 2026 following the latest buyback.
