Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank reported audited results for 2025, showing steady growth across major indicators.
• Net profit rose 5.35 % year-on-year to RMB12.42 billion, driven by a 1.38 % increase in operating income to RMB28.62 billion. Net interest income expanded 7.85 % to RMB24.26 billion, while net non-interest income slipped 24.01 % to RMB4.36 billion.
• Total assets grew 9.95 % to RMB1.66 trillion, marking the fastest expansion in four years. Customer loans advanced 11.62 % to RMB797.29 billion; customer deposits increased 9.21 % to RMB1.03 trillion.
• Asset quality improved: the non-performing loan ratio decreased to 1.08 % (2024: 1.18 %), provision coverage rose to 367.26 %, and the overdue loan ratio dropped to 1.19 %.
• Net interest margin held largely stable at 1.60 % (2024: 1.61 %). Cost-to-income ratio edged down to 31.25 %.
• Capital adequacy remained solid; the Group’s capital adequacy ratio stood at 14.46 %, core tier-one ratio at 12.67 %. Liquidity coverage ratio was 461.82 %.
• The board proposes a final dividend of RMB0.11755 per share (tax-inclusive), bringing total 2025 cash dividends to RMB0.32091 per share, after an interim payout of RMB0.20336.
• Green finance and inclusive finance expanded. Green loan balance reached RMB82.82 billion, up 22.23 %, and inclusive small-and-micro loan balance exceeded RMB144.64 billion.
• The bank’s strategic focus on “digitally-driven, industrial-chain-driven and scenario-driven” growth underpinned its performance and asset-quality gains in the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
