Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust updates buy-back totals ahead of Apr 28 AGM

Stoneweg Europe Stapled Trust (SERT) announced on Apr, 24 2026 that it had repurchased an additional 532,400 stapled securities through market transactions between Mar, 24 2026 and Apr, 24 2026 under its 2025 Stapled Security buy-back mandate.

Including these purchases, the Manager has bought back a total of 6,396,400 stapled securities at prices ranging from €1.47 to €1.62 per unit, for an aggregate consideration of about €9.89 million, excluding commission, fees and GST.

The figures replace paragraph 2.8 of SERT’s letter to stapled securityholders dated Apr, 13 2026. All other details in the letter remain unchanged. The proposed renewal of the buy-back mandate will be put to vote at SERT’s annual general meeting on Apr, 28 2026.
