Lum Chang Holdings Limited announced the completion of its proposed disposal of 12.3 million ordinary shares in subsidiary Lum Chang Creations Limited at 0.759 Singapore dollars per share on Jun, 30 2026.
The transaction coincided with the issuance of 15 million new Lum Chang Creations shares to investors. After these steps, Lum Chang Holdings holds 211.7 million Lum Chang Creations shares, representing about 64.15% of the enlarged share capital, and Lum Chang Creations remains its subsidiary.
