AV Concept Completes HKD 1.14 Million Share Buyback, Lifts Treasury Stock to 3.02 Million Shares

AV Concept Holdings Limited repurchased 1.02 million ordinary shares on 7 August 2026 via on-market transactions, lifting its treasury stock balance to 3.02 million shares.

• Transaction details: The company bought back 1,018,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 1.105 to HKD 1.120, for a total consideration of HKD 1.14 million. The volume-weighted average cost was HKD 1.1198 per share.

• Capital base impact: Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.12% to 871.98 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 875.00 million, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury.

• Repurchase headroom: The buyback utilised part of the mandate approved on 5 September 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 90.87 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 36.68 million shares, equivalent to 4.04% of the issued share capital on the mandate date, leaving capacity for a further 54.19 million shares.

• Trading restriction: In accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, AV Concept is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 6 September 2026.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant Main Board listing requirements and the terms outlined in its explanatory statement dated 1 August 2025.
