Haier Smart Home repurchases 1.17 million A-shares for RMB 23.63 million; treasury stock climbs to 120.59 million

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. (Haier Smart Home) reported a share buy-back on 26 May 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company repurchased 1.17 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices ranging from RMB 20.17 to RMB 20.23, for a volume-weighted average of approximately RMB 20.20 per share. Total consideration reached RMB 23.63 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares excluding treasury shares declined by 1.17 million, or 0.02%, to 6.13 billion. The repurchased shares were transferred into treasury, lifting the treasury-share balance to 120.59 million. The total issued share capital remained unchanged at 6.25 billion shares, as no cancellations were executed.

The company stated that the buy-back was conducted to support its share incentive schemes and was carried out in full compliance with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
