Kingsoft Corp Chairman Lei Jun Raises Stake with 311,200 Shares Bought at About HK$24.46 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Kingsoft Corp (03888) chairman Lei Jun increased his holdings by 311,200 shares on October 2 at HK$24.4601 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HK$7.612 million.

Following the increase, his latest shareholding stands at approximately 383 million shares, representing 27.90% of the company.

Supplementary information: Box 27 - Under a voting deed entered into between Mr. Lei Jun and Mr. Qiu Bojun, Mr. Qiu Bojun will vote certain shares of Kingsoft Corporation Limited in the same manner as Mr. Lei Jun. Accordingly, Mr. Lei Jun is deemed to be interested in 90,000,000 shares pursuant to the voting deed.
