ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. announced that its public float stands at 22.73%, below the 25% minimum required under Rule 19A.28B(1)(a) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
The company confirmed completion of the China Securities Regulatory Commission filing for H-Share Full Circulation, and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange granted approval on 2 June 2026 for the listing and trading of the converted H-shares, subject to final procedural conditions.
ContiOcean will continue conversion and trading procedures for the new H-shares and is discussing with core connected major shareholders the sale of part of their holdings to independent third parties. Management aims to restore the public float to at least 25% by the end of August 2027.
Monthly progress updates will be released until compliance is achieved. The board has reiterated that shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
