Jacobio Pharmaceuticals repurchases 68,400 shares; treasury stock rises to 5.89 million

Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. disclosed that it bought back 68,400 ordinary shares on 8 April 2026 via on-exchange transactions. The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 7.21 to HKD 7.27 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 7.23, for a total consideration of HKD 0.49 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.0087% to 785.87 million shares. The number of treasury shares increased to 5.89 million, while the total issued shares remained unchanged at 791.76 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 10 June 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 78.87 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.87 million shares, representing 0.36% of the company’s outstanding shares at the mandate date.

Pursuant to Hong Kong Listing Rules, Jacobio Pharmaceuticals is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 May 2026.
