METASPACEX (01796) announced that on April 20, 2026, the offeror, Mr. Chen Yuandong, informed the company of his firm intention to make a partial offer (in compliance with the Takeovers Code) to acquire 15.8 million offer shares not already owned by the offeror and persons acting in concert with him. The offer price is set at HK$0.33 per share, representing a discount of 50% to the closing price on April 9, 2026. The shares subject to the offer account for approximately 3.29% of the offeree's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement.
