According to the announcement, Jiang will concentrate on integrating the Group’s clinical and data resources with AI technologies, deepening its presence in oncology diagnostics and treatment, and driving overseas expansion.
Concord Healthcare will execute a service contract with Jiang upon approval; his director remuneration will follow the policy to be voted on at the AGM, with full details to appear in the 2025 annual report. A circular containing further information will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
