The voluntary announcement from Nuobikan Artificial Intelligence Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. discloses the execution of a software sales agreement worth RMB50.80 million with an unnamed leading Chinese AI chip producer.
The contract covers delivery of five self-developed software solutions and related technical services: 1) NBK Industry Application Platform V2.0 (IoT Monitoring, Big Data Processing, Intelligent Monitoring, and Intelligent Damage Assessment subsystems); 2) GIS Map-assisted Positioning Management System V1.0; 3) Nuobikan Intelligent Robotic Inspection and Electrical Operation Assistance System V1.0; 4) AI Operation and Maintenance Big Data Analysis Software; and 5) ancillary technical services.
Management states that rapid expansion of China’s intelligent computing centers is fueling demand for high-reliability O&M, automated inspection, and multimodal data-processing platforms. The agreement represents tangible progress in commercializing Nuobikan’s industrial AI software within these scenarios and is expected to enhance market visibility in IoT monitoring, big data, and intelligent inspection.
According to the board, the transaction was conducted in the ordinary course of business, the counterparty is an independent third party, and no Listing Rules notification thresholds are triggered. The company notes that actual earnings contribution remains subject to delivery, acceptance, customer payment, macro policies, and market conditions.
