Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited (02314.HK) has announced a final ordinary dividend of HK$0.093 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to its latest filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange dated 10 March 2026.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 29 April 2026. Key dates linked to the distribution are as follows:
